Manalapan
a unique small and quiet community, offering unparalleled
beauty, the name means Good Bread. It
offers full police, fire services, town library
and a Commission-Manager form of government. To
the South of Hypoluxo Island, Point Manalapan is
the gated portion of Manalapan which occupies the
southern third of the island. The LaCoquille
Club at the Ritz Carlton Hotel provides levels
of membership for the town residents and property
owners. Members may use the Ritz Carlton facilities
with guests such as the Club room, state-of-the-art
Spa and Fitness Center, as well as pool, beach and

Hypoluxo is nestled
in the heart of Palm Beach County, Florida, on the
shores of the Intracoastal Waterway just minutes
from West Palm Beach and a mere stone's throw from
the sandy Atlantic beaches. Hypoluxo Island got
its name in 1873 from the Indians who were camping
nearby. They called it Hypoluxo meaning
water all around. There have never been
any business establishments on the island and today
remains a lovely residential spot on Floridas
Gold Coast. Today approximately 289 families reside
on Hypoluxo Island.

Lake
Worth is an established city with loads of history.
The Historic 960 foot pier is as close to the
Gulfstream as you can get without a boat for some
of the worlds best ocean fishing. Surf,
swim and relax on our golden beaches or dive on
the artificial reef. Shopping is quite an adventure
in the downtown Antique and Art district home
to an eclectic mix of arts, crafts and unique
objets dart. Golfers will enjoy the municipally
owned 18 hole course nestled on the Intracoastal
Waterway.

Ocean
Ridge originally was part of the Town of Boynton
Beach. In 1931 Ocean Ridge became a town of its
own situated primarily between the Atlantic Ocean
and Intracoastal Waterway. The Town has an efficient
Police and Fire Department.

Just
67 miles north of Miami, West Palm Beach is the
largest municipality in one of the fastest growing
areas in the United States: Palm Beach County.
The Port of Palm Beach, Palm Beach International
Airport and I-95 are the sea, air and highway
"ports of entry" to this fabulous Sunshine
City.
Established
in 1894 by the railroad tycoon Henry Flagler,
West Palm Beach is the northern part of Florida's
"Gold Coast" that includes Fort Lauderdale
and Miami Beach. To the east lies Palm Beach,

the Loxahatchee Wildlife Preserve and the Everglades

The
City of Atlantis is located in Palm Beach County
Florida. The City, incorporated in 1959, is home
to the Atlantis Country Club and the Atlantis Golf
Club.
The
permanent population of Atlantis is 2005, with
1200 residences and an average year round occupancy
of 70%. Besides over ten miles of streets, 43%
of the total land area is devoted to recreation
and permanent open space, 46.8% residential, and
10.2% commercial/office. JFK Medical Center is
located in Atlantis. The Medical Center and the
surrounding doctor's offices are the primary commercial
industry in the city.
The
City boundaries are Lake Worth Drainage District
L-14 Canal on the north, Lantana Road on the south,
Military Trail on the west, and South Congress
Avenue on the east.

Lantana has a small town
atmosphere with big-city advantages. Famous for
its landmarks such, as the National Enquirer Newspaper
and the Ritz-Carlton Hotel adjacent to the Lantana
Beach. Five major shopping centers, as well as
COSTCO and SAMs CLUB are located within
a five mile radius. Fifty plus restaurants from
family-style to elegant dining. Lantana supports
and Airport for small planes and is just minutes
away from the Palm Beach International Airport.
Boating and fishing enthusiasts will enjoy the
drift fishing boats plus fishing boats plus fishing
from the draw bridge and sea walls for catching

Beach has evolved from a small farming community
